Our Classic "ULTIMATE" Plunge/Pattern Bit has a compression design to provide the ultimate cut when using templates. These bits leave a crisp, clean edge on both the top and bottom edge of the work piece, even in difficult wood grains. Features a bottom bearing and plunge end.

  • TOOL SPECS: Solid carbide, plunge/pattern, 2+2 compression spiral with 7/8" cutting diameter, 1/2" shank, 1-1/8" cutting length, and 3-1/2" overall length for use in routers with a 1/2" collet.
  • ULTIMATE FLUSH TRIM: These heavy-duty solid carbide bits are made from premium micro-grain carbide and induction brazed onto a 1/2" steel shank for enhanced strength and performance.
  • CUTTING HEAD: The 7/8" diameter provides a broader sweep of the cutting edge than smaller bits, allowing for shearing of wood fibers and perfectly smooth cuts even in difficult wood grain.
  • DESIGN OPTIONS: Available in flush trim, plunge/pattern, and double bearing options with a 1-1/8" cutting length for versatile, precise routing applications.
  • COMPRESSION SPIRAL: Designed with up cut and down cut edges, this tool performs like two separate bits, providing the many benefits of both styles in one tool.
  • MACHINES: Compatible with hand routers and router tables, offering flexibility and precision for various woodworking tasks.
