These large CNC Surfacing bits are designed to resurface your workpiece or CNC spoilboard. The bit has a straight cut and extended life through the use of replaceable carbide inserts.

  • TOOL SPECS: Carbide-tipped large CNC spoilboard surfacing straight cut bit with 4" large diameter, 3/4" shank, and 3 wings for use with 3/4" collets.
  • SURFACE FINISH: Designed to deliver a smooth, high-quality finish on the top surface of your project. Commonly used for flattening slabs or resurfacing a CNC spoilboard.
  • THREE FLUTE: Three-flute design provides a smooth finish on cutting boards, spoilboards, and wood slabs.
  • CNC APPLICATION: Ideal for flattening and leveling large material surfaces on your CNC machine—ensures consistent depth and smooth results across wide areas.
  • REPLACEABLE CUTTERS: Features replaceable carbide inserts for maximum efficiency and longevity. Inserts can be rotated so that each edge of the insert can be used.
