The original bit for plastic projects, made from solid carbide and designed to utilize a shear cutting action to provide a smooth cut. Single oval flute design provides better chip ejection than standard straight bits.

• TOOL SPECS: Solid carbide, o-flute straight bit with 7/32" cutting diameter, 1/4" shank, 5/8" cutting length, and 2-1/2" overall length for use in routers with a 1/4" collet.
• O-FLUTE: The oval shaped flute allows for rapid chip removal away from the cutting edge, preventing soft materials from sticking or gumming up the cutting edge.
• STRAIGHT FLUTE: The straight edge provides a clean, crisp cut on materials prone to chipout or thin materials that tend to lift off the table when using a spiral design.
• SINGLE FLUTE: A single, wider flute creates more space for chips to escape so that soft, gummy materials are even less likely to stick to the cutting edge.
• MATERIALS: Performs best in plastic and aluminums, especially in soft materials where melting is a concern. Also performs well in solid woods.
• MACHINES: Designed for hand-held routers, router tables, and CNC machines in a wide variety of applications.
