Each flute has small serrations to tear up the chips as the bit is cutting through the project. This bit has a feed rate in-between that of a roughing bit and a standard spiral router bit. Up cut spiral design provides the best control with hand or table routing pulling the chips up and away from the work material.
- TOOL SPECS: Solid carbide, up cut, chipbreaker spiral with 1/2" cutting diameter, 1/2" shank, 2" cutting length, and 4" overall length for use in routers with a 3/8" collet.
