Three flute design allows these bits to provide the best finish on your project. The down cut spiral design provides the best top surface edges, ejecting chips away from the router when routing through material. This design also decreases the tendency to lift thin/small work pieces during CNC routing.

  • TOOL SPECS: Solid carbide, down cut, three flute spiral with 1/2" cutting diameter, 1/2" shank, 2" cutting length, and 4" overall length for use in routers with a 1/2" collet.
  • THREE FLUTES: Provides a cleaner finish and more efficient chip ejection on hardwoods, ensuring smooth, precise cuts with reduced mess.
  • HIGH FEEDS: The three-flute design enables higher feed rates, increasing cutting efficiency and productivity for faster results, especially on CNC machines.
  • DOWN CUT SPIRAL: The down shear design ensures a smooth finish on the surface of the material closest to the router. Perfect for clean top edges in handheld routing or CNC applications.
  • HELIX: The helix on the cutting edge creates a shearing action for clean, crisp cuts, delivering superior performance compared to standard straight bits.
  • CLEAN FINISH: The downward cutting action eliminates tearout when cutting grooves, dados, slots, and pockets in veneer, laminates, and plywood for precise woodworking results.
