The best bit for plastic projects, made from solid carbide and designed to utilize a shear cutting action to provide a smooth cut. This design will also decrease the build up of material on the cutting edge. The spiral flute outperforms traditional o-flute straight bits by providing the absolute best cut and superior chip ejection.

  • TOOL SPECS: Solid carbide, down cut, o-flute spiral with 1/8" cutting diameter, 1/4" shank, 5/8" cutting length, and 4" overall length for use in routers with a 1/4" collet.
  • O-FLUTE: The oval shaped flute allows for rapid chip removal away from the cutting edge, preventing soft materials from sticking or gumming up the cutting edge.
  • DOWN CUT SPIRAL: Down Cut Spirals ensure a clean edge on the side of the material closest to the router. Perfect for clean, top edges in handheld routing or CNC applications.
