Specifically designed for the furniture industry, the Face Frame Counterbore drills a hole into the material at a joint and is then secured with a screw. The spiral flute assists in drilling a clean hole by ejecting the chips out. Whiteside's Spiral Counterbore should be used on industrial face frame machines or in a drill press. The Standard Type fits Unique, Norfield, Evans, Ritter, and Marcon face frame boring machines.
