These 3-wing carbide tipped drills are designed for extended life in fiberglass and other composites. The 7/16” hex shank provides a no-slip grip when used with a standard three jaw chuck. This shank design also makes switching to a different size so simple when used with our Quick Change Chucks. Accurate centering is ensured by the replaceable 1/8” high speed steel center point. Bits perform equally well in handheld electric or pneumatic drills as well as boring machines and drill presses. Can be re-sharpened or re-tipped.
