The LMT Onsrud 66-900 Series is a high-performance composite router with a smooth end (no point), ESG coated for extended tool life in abrasive materials. The multi-flute geometry is engineered for efficient routing of fiberglass, carbon fiber, and composite plastics in both hand-fed and CNC applications.
Why choose the 66-900 no-point geometry
- ESG coating resists the abrasive wear that destroys uncoated carbide in glass-filled materials.
- Multi-flute design spreads cutting load for reduced heat, cleaner edges, and less delamination.
- No-point (smooth end) profile is ideal for edge trimming and profiling where plunge cutting isn't required — maximum edge quality on laminate faces.
- Runs in CNC routers and robotic trim cells across aerospace, marine, and transportation composite work.
