The unique pilot bearing allows you to produce a true 180° bullnose with this corner rounding bit. Unlike a regular square-edge bearing, it follows the radiused surface produced on the first pass. Will neither leave a flat spot nor gouge the edge. The first pass should be accomplished using a regular 1/4" x 5/8" steel bearing (optional). 2-Flute Carbide Tipped Industrial Quality
