The Amana 51563 is a carbide tipped bullnose bit with a 9/16 in. radius, 1-13/16 in. in diameter and 1-1/2 in. of cutting height, on a 1/2 in. shank. Its nose diameter is 1-1/8 in., so it gives a full half-round with no flats on 1-1/8 in. thick stock.

How to use it
A bullnose bit rounds the whole edge of a board in one pass, top and bottom, into a half-circle. It is the profile for stair treads, window sills, shelf fronts, countertop edges and handrails. The nose diameter, twice the radius, is the stock thickness that gets a full 180Β° round with no flats. On thicker stock you get a flat at the top and bottom of the curve. To pick a size, halve your stock thickness: 3/4 in. material wants a 3/8 in. radius. This bit has no bearing, so it must run against a router table fence or with an edge guide on a handheld router.
