The 64-000 is Onsrud's single-flute downcut "Super O". It's for plastics, aluminum and other materials where you want chips pushed down rather than lifted.

The downcut spiral presses the material down, which keeps thin sheet from lifting off the table and gives a clean top edge. The single Super O flute leaves room for a full chip. It's the downcut partner to the upcut 65-000.

Where it fits

  • Thin plastic sheet: where an upcut tool would lift the part.
  • Aluminum and other non-ferrous sheet: clean top edges.
  • Small parts with limited vacuum hold-down.
